Junior Karate Program in Raymond
Juniors: a program for students ages 6-12 (age 5 may be considered at discretion of the instructor)
Junior classes are 45 minutes long and focused on character development, life skills, and of course traditional martial arts skills. Students will begin to learn the meaning of “Kaizen” and what it truly means to be in a state of continuous improvement. Students will be pushed physically, mentally, and emotionally to become the best martial artist and person they can be. Classes cover exercise, kata (forms) and sparring as well as exposure to proven anti-bullying techniques for school and everyday life.
All curriculum is adjusted to meet the needs of each individual student.
